Here are some general issues with your work:
Task 3 part 1
- when analysing other similar websites you need to have at least 5 sites, and talk about WHY its successfull of not e.g. layout, design, speed......
Task 3 part 2
- Lots of people are not listing all the stuff they are going to use in their actual sites - just cut and paste of put links. This should be everything you need to make your actual site
Stakeholders
Think about using the blog features to include electronic feedback from stakeholders - it could be a comment on a post or an inbuilt survey (http://www.surveymonkey.com/)
Another great web survey site we use for our visitor feedback is http://www.websurveymaster.com/ it is similar to surveymonkey but we just like WebSurveyMaster a whole lot more.
